And the Winners Are…

Our Costume Contest at the dog park was a huge success with over 30 dogs sporting their Halloween attire! Judges were small business owners in the community (see below). Pictures were taken by Neil Geiger of Neil Geiger Studio. All participants received a Participant Certificate.
