We are seeking to fill the following positions due to the continued growth of our firm. We are a small office, so the ability to work independently and ask questions is important. Must arrive on time for scheduled hours & be dependable. Compensation for each position is based on experience and availability. All positions require background check & signed confidentiality/noncompete agreement.

AccountantPrimary responsibilities include reviewing transactions entered in QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online, entering transactions if necessary, reconciling bank accounts, updating excel spreadsheets, processing payroll, and submitting sales tax for our small business clients.  Tax preparation for individual and business tax returns during tax season.

Approximately 25-30 hours per week. Additional hours are available during tax season (January – April 15). Hours are flexible between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. 

Requirements: Strong computer skills with bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online as well as Drake tax software a plus. Prior accounting & payroll experience preferred.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – Primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting guests as they enter & leave, processing payments, & general administrative duties.
Approximately 15-30 hours per week during tax season (January – April 15). Hours are flexible between 9am-6pm Mon-Fri. Potential for year-round work.
Requirements: Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. 1-2 Years Reception or Administrative experience preferred.

Tax Preparer – Primary responsibilities will be entering client data & financial information into the tax preparation software (Drake). Approximately 15-20 hours per week during tax season (January – April 15). Hours are flexible between 9am-6pm Mon – Fri & Sat 10am-2pm. Potential for year-round work.
Requirements: Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. Prepare tax returns according to tax law & written procedures. Experience with Drake tax software a plus.
